Feng is a partner and practicing attorney at Yingke Law Firm (Hangzhou), and serves as a council member of the China Commercial Law Society. Feng participated in guiding multiple companies through the IPO process.


Rachel Geng, Head of Chinese Brands, Board Member
With over a decade of dedicated experience in the North American Chinese restaurant industry, Rui successfully built the “ Changan” brand from zero into a chain. Rui brings unique insights and proven experience in the modernization and localization of Chinese cuisine.


Sam Li, Board Member
Sam Li is a well-known Chinese entrepreneur with extensive business interests across real estate, education, distilleries, and food manufacturing. In the United States, he focuses on nutritional supplements, U.S.–China trade, and emerging energy sectors such as hydrogen and energy storage. He previously operated a guarantee company and micro-lending institution in China. Sam Li currently serves as the Executive Vice President of the Jiangsu Chamber of Commerce USA and the Executive Vice President and Secretary-General of the Suqian Association of America.


Long Geng, Head of Business Development, Board Member
Before joining JRM Food Group, Long Geng was a Senior Scientist and Team Lead at Moderna’s Clinical Biomarker Team. With a Master’s in Bioengineering from NJIT and a Ph.D. in Biochemical Engineering from Villanova University, he also has over a decade of successful food start-up investments.


Mike Wang, Co-founder and CEO, Board Member
Co-founder of JRM Holdings Group, has a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Hospitality Management. With over a decade in chain restaurant management, he oversees JRM's growth and strategy.


Anzu Johnson, Head of American Brands
With 20 years of restaurant management experience in both Japan and the United States, Anzu specialize in brand development and operational optimization for American-style Chinese cuisine and sushi concepts, ensuring the successful localization of investment projects.


Yang Liao, CTO
Yang is pursuing his Bachelor of Applied Science in Software Development at BYU–Idaho. Before joining JRM, he worked at Lenovo and Yulong Coolpad in Shenzhen, gaining valuable hands-on experience in tech and product development. Now at JRM, he heads up the build-out and oversees the daily management of the supply chain system.
